Azizi Developments begins handover and new launch activities at Riviera

After finishing the Creek Views 1 project in Dubai Healthcare City, Azizi Developments saw back-to-back handovers and launches. The project will increase the total stock of DHCCs by adding 634 units and 33,341 square feet of retail space.

At the same time, Azizi announced the beginning of Riviera Rêve, the fourth and most upscale phase of its Riviera community in MBR City. 24 towers totaling 5,061 residences, including luxurious duplex penthouses, will make up The Rêve. The release occurs as more off-plan launches and releases are reported on the Dubai real estate market, and demand is considered as sustainable.

“With our first handovers in Phase 1 (of Riviera) having taken place, and in light of the pronounced influx of high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals to Dubai, the launch of Rêve is fitting,” said Farhad Azizi, CEO. “Dubai has been progressing in leaps and bounds as a wealth hub. The emirate is slated to witness the highest inflow of UHNWIs globally by the end of 2022, making it one of the largest on record compared to other prominent metropolises.”

The Riviera’s first phase 1 handover meant that 1,164 units were now in the possession of their owners.
